YNPN Portland supports the development of young professionals to strengthen their role in a viable, inclusive, and collaborative nonprofit sector.
We are a volunteer-led and -run organization that supports current and future nonprofit and community leaders through professional development training, networking events, service activities, and web-based platforms for connecting and sharing resources.
We're Building a Network That:

The Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) is a national organization aimed at helping young people to build successful, sustainable careers in the nonprofit sector and contribute meaningfully to the communities in which they live. Originally founded in 1997, YNPN is a continuously growing organization with 39 chapters and over 50,000 members in the United States and Canada.
